Nutrition

At Xenios Gate, we believe that to provide exceptional services to our guests, we must equally take care of our staff. That's why we provide all our employees with two meals a day (breakfast and lunch). The menu includes a variety of fresh and healthy dishes, accompanied by salads, fruits, desserts, and even ice cream. All staff meals are prepared by our highly skilled team of Chefs, with passion and fresh ingredients, just like for the hotel guests. Fresh vegetables and fruits from the hotel gardens are featured daily in staff meals. Proper nutrition for our employees is just one of the ways we support and help our team thrive.

Receptionist

The candidate will be the first face our guests see and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive stay experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
Assist guests and handle any issues or requests
Manage the telephone switchboard
Handle electronic correspondence

Communicate with and update the Housekeeping Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor on any guestroom issues

Required Qualifications:

Tourism education/diploma/degree/studies will be considered an advantage

Housekeeping

As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will be in direct communication with your department supervisor regarding tasks related to the optimal operation of all the hotel's electrical or plumbing systems and the smooth organization of the maintenance department.

Responsibilities

Oversee the optimal functioning of the hotel's facilities and equipment, always aiming for the company's high standards.
Address any malfunctions reported to the hotel reception.

As a Cook, you will be responsible for executing and producing the menu according to the recipes and operational standards of the Group.

Responsibilities

Participate in the daily production of the menu for your department, following the Group's operational standards and recipes.
Collaborate with your team and direct supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues.
Immediately inform your supervisor of any problems or material shortages in your station.
Guide and advise your subordinates to ensure a smooth work process.
Adhere to required ISO procedures and ensure proper application of hygiene and safety rules in your position.

Requirements

Culinary Degree
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a hotel environment
