Furthermore, our company Xenios Gate, support your holidays, providing the non-refundable bookings as refundable to secure your reservation.
For all Xenios Gate hotels in Thassos, we are implementing the following policies:
For guests with existing reservations, including reservations with No-refundable rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge as long as the change or cancellation is made by up to 15 days prior to check-in. This option is valid from season 2020 until season 2021.
For guests making new reservations, including reservations with pre-paid rates, from today, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 15 days before your scheduled check-in. This option is valid from season 2020 until season 2021.
Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
Τhe amount you already paid will remain as a deposit for the new booking dates. With this way you are keeping the right of the No-refundable discount.
We confirm to you that any time you wish to refund the already paid amount, we will refund it 100% until 30 days before your arrival.
